Its approach to the market is based on the principle of “small is beautiful” with small, compact and standardised production units set up as close as possible to regional economic areas.

This approach is underpinned by a systematic research
for innovation along the whole circuit of
the value chain: to improve at each stage of the
circuit so as to obtain a global performance
improvement with a considerable leverage effect.
Cem’In’Eu has launched several projects in
France and in Europe, with a market-share
objective of the cement market of between 6%
and 8% of targeted local markets, thanks
to an annual production capacity of
approximately 250,000 metric tons per grinder.
Each site will result in the creation of about thirty direct jobs.
In tandem with local administrations and
actors, Cem’In’Eu is deploying an ambitious action
plan for the protection of the environment and
of the biodiversity and adapted to each issue encountered locally.
Each site only occupies 2 to 3 hectares (5 to 7.5 acres).
The sites are modular, removable and built according to simplified civil engineering procedures.
They benefit from the latest available technologies in terms of safety, protection of the environment (noise and dust) and quality of the cement produced. All of the equipment used in our factories is manufactured in France and the European Union.
At full capacity, and according to the product mix, each grinder will allow for the production of approximately 250,000 metric tons of cement per year.
The cements produced by Cem’In’Eu are certified according to harmonised European standards and benefit, resulting of the admissions procedure, from the French standards NF labelling.
They are sourced using a virtuous logistics circuit for the main raw materials (clinker and gypsum): imported by sea and then redirected by river and/or by rail from the sea-port to the sites situated at the heart of the regions.
Cem’In’Eu has chosen to reduce its carbon footprint along all of the stages of the value chain associated with its areas of operation: raw material sourcing, logistics and process.
The process is entirely dry, consumes no water and emits no gases, as there is no combustion.
